In the shape of the energy turnaround Germany is breaking new ground in the field of energy supply - with all the challenges linked to that such as availability and economic efficiency.
Siemens regards the energy turnaround as both a challenge and an opportunity and is working on solutions with the aid of which said turnaround may be mastered. The Group had invited all those interested to attend the “Energy Turnaround Dialogue 2013 in Berlin from June 3rd to 11th 2013 in order to present and discuss the approaches to a solution.
Siemens also broke new ground with regard to the choice of its event constructions and so it was that we erected an Opera-Tent 18x21 on the forecourt of the Tempodrom in Berlin. This served as an extraordinary exhibition tent in which many exhibits graphically illustrated the areas of activity within the energy turnaround and the solutions thereto and where experts were available to answer questions.
