Corporate anniversarywith Opera
On behalf of and in cooperation with Eventreich GbR, we developed an event concept together with our customer Eberle for its 175th anniversary and ensured the technical implementation.
The event started right at the entrance for the nearly 1,000 guests, employees and their relatives. Here they had to undergo a somewhat unusual check. For instance, they were only allowed to enter the event site with a broad smile on their faces. The alleys between the brick buildings of the company then led to the “sawing hall“, where time travel through the company’s history started. Along with some historical machines there were also 3 projected multimedia images with photo material from the various time epochs of Eberle. This trip was accentuated by a carpet of sound developed by Mang audio and video productions, where some well-known sounds from the production halls were able to be retrieved. The trip then continued to the actual event site itself. The centre point of the event was our opera tent with built in stage. With the sun beating down, a lightproof roof membrane provided protection from the sun over an area of 380 square metres. Along with speeches given by, among others, Martin Döring, Managing Director of Eberle; Dr. Kurt Gribl, Lord Mayor of the City of Augsburg and the representative Minister President Martin Zeil, the first-ever presentation of the new Eberle image film formed the climax of the official part of the event.
Over coffee and cakes as well as grilled specialities from all over the world, the guests enjoyed a wonderful afternoon and evening, entertained by the band Smile as well as numerous attractions for young and old.
