Versatile Opera Stage Roof

The organizers of the International Turnfest 2013 were looking for a stage that could be raised and lowered within the shortest time and would be as invisible as possible when lowered. For the opening ceremony, the view of the water tower had to remain clear. Because Mannheim’s landmark would become the landmark of the Turnfest in this production.

However, the next morning the stage had to be ready for performance again. And so the choice fell on our Opera-Tent stage system. It not only fulfilled the premise of quick assembly and disassembly, but was also a true visual “eye-catcher” in the center of Mannheim and the party mile of the Turnfest.

“Since the weather was unfortunately quite rainy most of the time, we were glad that we had a really weatherproof roof,” said the Technical Director of the event.
