175 Years of Eberle

Family Anniversaries with Opera

On behalf of and in collaboration with Eventreich GbR, we developed an event concept with the client Eberle for their 175th anniversary and provided the technical implementation.

For the nearly 1000 guests, employees and their families, the event began right at the entrance. Here they had to undergo a rather unusual inspection. For example, they were only allowed onto the event grounds with an appropriately wide smile. Continuing through the alleys between the brick buildings of the company, they entered the “Saw Hall,” where a journey through the company’s history began. In addition to some historical machines, there were also 3 multimedia projections with images from different eras of Eberle’s history. This journey was accompanied by a soundscape created by Audio/Video Productions Mang, featuring some familiar sounds from the production halls. Then it was on to the actual event grounds. The central focal point of the event was our Opera tent with built-in stage. In brilliant sunshine, it provided sun protection over 380 square meters through its opaque roof membrane. In addition to speeches by Martin Döring, Managing Director of Eberle; Dr. Kurt Gribl, Mayor of Augsburg; and Deputy Prime Minister Martin Zeil, the premiere presentation of the new Eberle corporate film formed the highlight of the official event program.

With coffee and cake as well as grilled specialties from around the world, guests enjoyed a wonderful afternoon and evening, entertained by the band Smile and numerous attractions for young and old.
